The similarities in the intro's are extremely similar.

This is uncanny. I was in my office today and Stealing My Heart started playing. I knew I didn't have Bushleaguer on the playlist and it took me probably 20 full seconds to realize it WASN'T Bushleaguer. Strange that I come home and there's a thread about this. Just as a disclaimer, I was busy as hell and had many things going on while this happened, and I think there's definitely a difference between the two, but definitely clear similarities as well.

Bushleaguer sounds more like a slow version of "I Believe in Miracles".

    Thats what i've always thought.

I've not heard the stones tune but it's probably safe to say that all of them use the same chord progression (key, i don't know)
“I know this song so well, I can smoke a cigarette, have a drink, brush my teeth, take a shit, and mow the lawn while singing it. But I'll only be doing a couple of those things during this version.”

for some reason i always thought Bu$hleaguer sounded like something Beck would do musically. for the record i do not listen to Beck so i probably don't know what the hell i'm talking about.
