but yeah, Argentina is a Ramones, Rolling Stones country.... in that order...
I really don't want it to be a Pearl Jam country any time soon... I love the way everyone at the venue was trully in love with pj... this kind of shows (rolling stones) are too big, i'd rather have a small, well organized, crazy but safe show...
A lot of shit going on tonight, agressive people too excited, police, hospitals.... too many things come with this kind of things.
but still...
WOW!!!!

plus... these are standing venues...
picture... say.... 40.000 fans wanting to be as close to the stage as they possibly can....
lots of people getting hurt... but don't worry, every argentinian knows that's the way Rock concerts work... it's not that big when you're used to it, it's never a really bad injure, they faint, get hurt... they know they will, they do it, they love rock, they love that kind of shows.....
I love the fact that it's that way, that's what makes every show in this country a special one.
And if you know that, you'll never EVER buy floor tickets unless you're willing to take the risks....or, willing to stand far away from the stage.
barcoach... of course you still want to go see them!
I'd LOVE to be there... but I have no freakin' money!
sh*t

yeah, you just have to know a bit about Argentinean passion -particularly about the Stones- to imagine what a visit of them means to this people, no wonder why people are going to the hospital... it should be just insane... I mean in Argentina they have this bunch of bands defined as "rollinga" because of the huge Stones influence there is to their music...
Here in Mexico I guess we're not so passionate about them -we're more a Beatles country, you know?, even have a daily 2 hour radio show devoted to them-, but anyway, I'm sure it's gonna be awesome... Thing is I've been waiting for this concert so much, because last time they came I missed it 'cause I thought "aw, it's the Stones, what could they offer to me now, they're just a bunch of old guys sleeping on mountains of money"... and then I went and got the Four Flicks dvd and it was soooo impressive, I really regret not seeing them that time, said to myself "what a fucking fool you are... next time they come around you gotta sell your soul, but you gotta go see 'em" ...and I barely got my ticket, 'cause they were about to sell out... since then I've been waiting for that day so much and as it gets closer I can't believe I'll be seeing them for the 2nd. time... and something tells me it's gonna be so much better than the 1st. because now they have a record out that simply rocks.
