Get Siamese Dream, it's better than Mellon Collie.0 -

one of my ytop 3 albums of all time, fuckin brilliant from head to toe, so many great tunes goin on, rocking tunes, slow tunes, pissed off tunes, sad tunes, get it all, love the pumpkins, can never get tired of that record"no more crowbars to my head"0

Great album, I have been meaning to buy it again for a few years now as only about half of the songs still play. The negative about falling in love with a record as an early teenager....0

An excellent album. My college roommate and I would put Mellon Collie on right before going to bed. Good album to drift off to dream to.I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.0

Coincidently, yesterday my friend and I were hanging out in his yard smoking some bud and he randomly picked this album out. We just sat there in amasement. I forgot how truly awesome this album is."Tonight we're just gonna play you some good old American Rock and Roll." tom petty-7-15-050

Billy hardly has a traditional great singing voice but it just works, particulary with the Pumpkins material. The wind is blowing cold
Have we lost our way tonight?
Have we lost our hope to sorrow?
Feels like were all alone
Running further from what’s right
And there are no more heroes to follow
So what are we becoming?
Where did we go wrong?0 -

I agree, Siamese Dream is my favorite! Good mid-tempo rock with an edge is almost non-existant these days.
one day. one day, they will tour again. The less you know, the more you believe.0 -

Gish is good, really good; if you're high. If you're sober I don't think it's that great actually. I like the first four songs and couple in the last half when I'm sober. But Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie (except #12 on the blue disc - that stupid country-esque song) are awesome all the way through sober and high. But that's just me.0
