PLEASE Help me figure this song out!

OK OK OK... I know this should go on the Other Music section... but I needed to put this in a spot where many people would see it. I am trying to figure out the name of a song. I have a link to my roommate humming it below. It sounds like an early 90's late 80's new wave song, piano is the featured instrument, the vocals could be done by a man with a high range. THANKS if you can help!
