I'm getting married in August, and my fiancee and I have decided to close the night out with YL. My first thought was to have the studio version played, but now I'm leaning otherwise. I have a pretty good amount of boots but maybe you guys and gals can push me towards a version out there that may be perfect. Thanks in advance.

I'd go with Benaroya Hall, it sounds close to studio quality, and it's a deadly performance.

Go with the studio version. But not Lost Dogs obviously since the end cuts off. And not RVM either cos it's WAY too loud. Get a rip of the song from the original Jeremy single! Sounds perfect. ;)

I wouldn't go with the studio version. I think many live versions are better.
A good one is alos the one from tibetan freedom concert 1996 (Ed and Mike).

    Studio for sure.

Have you considered a Polka instead?

This is a great version, but I think it was done in 1999, not 96. There is also a good one from 2000- Milan or Verona.

I've heard it so many times, they all blend together.

The best by far was from the first gorge show this in 2006, as somebody else mentioned. Mike plays little wing, the rest of the band come back and jam. Then they hit the national anthem.

State College - The ending to the longest and greatest PJ show ever, great version.

Columbus 2003 - Everyone started leaving early, and eddie sings something about "everyone leaving early to go to work tomorrow in accounting... F$&# you!"

I think there are better songs to end the night with, but in the end, only the 2 of you will care, and only the 2 of you will remember. Chances are that 98% of everyone else there would rather be somewhere else.
