Heard on Sirius today that Oasis is taking an indefinite hiatus. According to their website, they are taking a "well earned rest". Is this the end, or do you think they will be back? Does anyone even care anymore?

hopefully their hiatus takes them to a subterranean human testing facility deep within the contours of the Bolivian jungle never to be seen again

so basically their hiatus will put them on par with pearl jam when they're "going back to the studio" in terms of productivity. ;)

They will be back, and their next album will be a classic. You heard it here first.

that was the goal :) i love oasis but they're no pearl jam. just taking a dig at how pearl jam always finishes a tour, says they can't wait to start recording again and ahve tons of songs, they're going into the studio... and then the album comes out like 4 years later ;)
