I freaking love this album.

It makes me feel alive and dance like loon.

Johns guitar is amazing, THAT solo on 'Strip My mind', fucking beautiful.

Love the riff to 'Snow' too.

'Hard to Concentrate' is simply gorgeous.

Great album. Maybe not their best, but it's up there.

John tears it up on there. Solos on Torture Me, Readymade... all those are amazing.

And Wet Sand is just fucking beautiful.
  • Yeah this album made me feel alive, it totally revived my love for music and reminded me of how powerfull a force music can be.... I dont even pay attention to haters, Red Hot Chili Peppers rock, i have know it for 15 years or so and no hater can change that... Stadium Arcadium rocks!

Yeah I don't understand why people seem to dislike this album so much. I think it really shows how much they have progressed through their long career.

John's playing is just amazing on some of those tracks, far too tired though to list them ;):D

I could masturbate to the guitar playing on Stadium Arcadium and probably get off better than to most porn movies...

I am really liking it but haven't been spinning it too much yet since I am more into the new PJ and Tool right now. It will get its love though. Soon, very soon...

Great album! There are still a few tracks I'm not too keen on, but I'd say at least 22 out of the 28 songs are incredible, which is pretty damn good for a double album. And I have to agree with everybody here regarding John Frusciante's guitar work on this album. That dude is simply amazing.

When I first heard it I was greatly impressed. Honestly, I feel Anthony's lyrics lack in some areas, but the music is just mindblowing!! Flea and John really stand out on this album, more so than their last one. I'd definately rank this as one of their top 3 of all time.

I haven't really heard a complete RCHP album since Blood Sugar... not a great fan and to me they're more like fun music than anything else but with this album there's so many people into it and great reviews and all that I may end up getting it.

Somebody has to say it. This is a retirement/radio album. Don't get me wrong it is good and yes I bought it and I rotate it often. It just sounds like the last couple albums. Alot of material for the radio which equals sales which means these guys are gonna be set for a while. I've always seen these double albums as a sign that things are headed for a different direction. Blood Sugar Sex Magic. That is the RHCP.

They will never top Blood Sugar Sex Magik. That album had an amazing psychodelic/funky vibe that carries on for the whole album. It all sounds like it was written Power Through Equality through Sir Psycho Sexy in one swoop. The argument I've heard most often for Stadium Arcadium being their best album is the fact that it has a bit of everything. Excuse me, but Blood Sugar Sex Magik had Breaking The Girl, I Could Have Lied and Under The Bridge, easily their best quieter/slower songs. I love Stadium Arcadium, but they will never top Blood Sugar Sex Magik. I put it right up their with the best albums ever made.

I have not listened to it much yet. First it was PJ and Tool, now Wolfmother has my full attention. Maybe soon...

    WRONG.

That's one side of the RHCP.

Stadium Arcadium is anothetr side of them.

Also it sounds NOTHING like By the Way or Californication.

Blood Sugar Sex Magic sold tonnes of copies. The money they made from Blood Sugar Sex Magic and Californication plus their correspondign tours made them more than enough money to be set for life. Californication alone sold 15million copies world wide. This album is about them progressing as artists, not trying to make more money, believe me they have more than enough to live the rest of their lives in luxury.
