    no, because Robert Plant himself said that he didn't notice any real similarity between and Given to Fly and Going to California and if there was, he said that he believed Pearl Jam didn't do it on purpose. Petty apparently doesn't have the same idea as far as the Peppers go

    the only real similarity in Given To Fly is ed's vocal melody which is no big deal.
