No, it's to do with the last election, when they had a Vote for Change tour, and people voted but nothing changed.
I can't remember where it was that ed was griping about it, saying maybe the name of the tour wasn't clear enough, they meant to vote to change things for the better
Personally I think it's a bit weird this coming out now. Kinda like that Michael Moore film about the last election too - a bizarre celebration of what was in effect a failed campaign.
