I head it on the radio that they were touring the US and also going to some festival in Germany...

Is this true?

    Woohhooo... Yes, I never saw these guys in their prime as I was too young, but I caught their tsunami benefit last year and it kicked ass!

    I'll be there tomorrow night at the Moore, I'm hoping to hear BROTHER!

    me too, me too.

    although i saw them several times in 90 and 91 i am excited for this.. and they sounded pretty good tonight while we were waiting in line. at first i was pissed that they would call themselves AIC without layne, but... i think i forgive them now. :D

    Alice in chains are back!

    The lead vocalist is the guy who did the backing vocals of jerry cantrells album ( the guitarist ) Degradation trip.

    His name is William Duvall

    hmm His band is Comes With The Fall. Very very very very good band

    Iam sure he wil just sing the way he feels, Hopefully he does that . I believe p eople should sing they way they sing not like others. It will be intersting, i dont put any pressure on him, as long as he just gets the lyrics right .

    I just want to hear AIC live!!!!!!!!

    I saw William sing at a benefit that Jerry Cantrell did at El Corazon (the off ramp) at election time and he was great then. My husband I also made the trip to Atlantic City to see AIC and Heart and he sang with them at that time as well. He's a great vocalist and has great stage presence. He's not Lane but the remaining members of Alice are great musician and it's so nice to hear them play the old music again. Can't wait for tonight.

    Yes they are gonna prop Layne up and a tape recorder will play his vocal track. They should just let Alice In Chains die before any legacy they have right now is destroyed.
