Hey Gang,

Just figuring out my subletting situation for the upcoming summer and realizing im gonna have to lower the rent and take a major financial blow ($450) if i wanna find someone to take my lease... as if college wasnt already enough of a financial strain! so i need to find some cash fast!

Heres what I got:

-Brown Vic (not S/N)
-Dusseldorf (not S/N) - SOLD OUT
-Copenhagen (S/N)

like i said... im pretty desperate at the moment so im more likely to take your shitty, laughable offers (as long as i dont get less than what i paid for them)... but just PM me and make an offer... dont wanna start a bidding war so itll more or less be first come first serve... as long as the offers seems fair and reasonable...

and before SPEEDY says anything... YES im a horrible FLIPPER... but im in a jam so i have no choice!

I sold my extra Vic for $37.75. Didnt make a dime but made someone happy. Actually two people happy, buyer and my wife. Now she thinks I am able to part with my paper, but I am having a hard time offering up the rest, but someday soon I may just put a DC out in someone else's pasture.
