got pictures of you and your friends at a PJ show, wearing PJ shirts, listening to PJ, playing PJ covers, your PJ tattoo, or even just you doing what you love outside of PJ, etc? wanna thank your favorite band for all they've done over the years? help out our fan project! its simple! show ed, stone, jeff, mike, matt, and boom who their fans are! the pics you send in for this dont even have to be PJ related! hell, send your HS yearbook picture if you want! i know for a fact PJ has one of the most diverse fan bases of any current band... and we wanna show that with this photomosaic project! this is for the xmas present for PJ thread (doesnt mean you gotta be a xtian to participate!) but since thats gotten a lil cluttered i thought id simplify... just crop your photo into a perfect square shape and send it to: xmaspresenttense@gmail.com

i encourage you to send many photos with various color schemes to assure yourself a spot in the final piece! photos will be posted when its complete... but were gonna need a whole lot of pictures so start sending! THANKS!

*if you cant find the time to email me pics than atleast please post links to your online albums so i dont have to sift through dozens of old threads like ive been doing for the past few hours (winter break can be pretty boring)

    bump! were up to 80 photos right now! but most of them are from my albums and foxymop's website (hope that alright laur :p ) so if you want your region represented please send in photos! big thanks to those who have so far! i think this is gonna turn out great!

    were you the one that zipped them all in one folder? denise? those all ended up working great! ill ask everyone to send more later on if the need be, but for the time being i wanna get as much diversity as possible... theres lots of fans that would like to be pictured im sure! (err i hope...)

    That is me, but I didn't send only pics of us - lol. What I meant is if you need more group/fan shots, I do have more if needed. I'm glad they came out ok as I'm not really used to emailing pics. :)

    ha oh sorry... yah group/fan shots would be great... based on the examples im trying to make using this photomosaic program were gonna need lots of pictures... thanks again!

    hard to make a square though, but I'll try.

    thanks again to everyone! especially cropdustress who sent TONS! were up to just over 200 photos now and we got some great variety! we are gonna need probably another 800 photos or so to get this thing nicely detailed and huge without repeating pics! so keep up the good work!

    Just sent you a few. I changed the hue on them to blue and sent those copies as well, just in case we end up with the Avocado cover as the image.

    I was thinking when I first read this thread..man if you want pictures of jammers..I've practically ONLY got those!!


    and was just thinking: the tally of PJ shows of people in that Venice picture! :eek: ..hell just Jason and Amy get us to nearly 400! all together, there's 500+ easy! (btw..you're missing tons of tags there.. mine's got everyone, including the people not on facebook!)

    for those interested here are the 212 photos we have collected and cropped thus far... feel free to tell me not to use a particular shot if i found it through a thread and you would rather me not use it... these should give you an idea of what we have in mind with the project tho... just picture them all individually identifiable up close but as a whole making a great image!
