Here, I found a radio show on the web that the entire universe should listen to. Two hours of the living leg-end that is John, from his beginnings as a shy eighteen year old mid-sixties fingerpicker, through his discoveries (and almost total invention) of echo and delay guitar playing, to his full on jazz odyssey.

Enjoy. The early stuff is nice but won't blow your mind, but once you get to the track Go Easy, the magic will start to happen.

  • Bump.
  • Bumping once more, like a lurve daddy.
  • Is this the John Martin whose "Over the Hill" is covered by the brothers Robinson on Brothers of a Feather?
Edit: Why yes it is. I've been meaning to find out a little more about him after hearing the Robinson's outstanding version of Over the Hill...what a great song.
All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

They say every sin is deadly but I believe they may be wrong...I'm guilty of all seven and I don't feel too bad at all
