i tried but i just can't do it. neither of them are worth my time anymore.

    actually i do like acoustic music. i like it very much. maybe i'm not in the right mindset for it at the moment. though i refuse to believe that. i'm not gonna give up on rice because he was recommended to me from three different angles. and that's got to mean something. i can handle 'the blower's daughter'. is 'O' his only work? maybe that's the problem.

    I haven't heard any of Blunt's other songs besides the horrid "You're Beautiful." I imagine the rest is just as bad? Does he always sing like a eunich?

    i know one song by each:

    blower's daugher- not bad, though it was kinda ruined for me by that stupid as shit opening scene of the movie closer.

    you're beautiful- ranks as one of the all-time worst songs i have ever heard in my entire life. i loathe it and if i ever go on a killing spree, it will probably be in response to hearing this song for the 10,000,000th time at work.

    That is like comparing Pearl jam to Creed.

    I love Damien and even if you don't you most surely hear the difference between them. Damien is heart felt real emotion James Blunt is crap made to soothe the mainstream ears out there.
