TOOL are playing sydney january 24th 2007. melbourne 31st.

    going by the dates this looks like they might be BDO headliners aswell, someone told me it was meant to be the chili peppers, but they rescheduled their oz tour to april...

    i just want the pixies, the arcade fire, built to spill and wilco for bdo...

    yeah it looks to me like TOOL are BDOing as well. what that means for me is Gold Coast BDO(i'm always in QLD at that time of the year) and then flying back to sydney for the hometown run. TOOL at the myer music bowl in melbourne would be so cool to see. may have to get my arse down there. :)

    sweet...i promise i don't bite! :p i'll be going with a mate and a couple of his mates but if you're coming down i'll track ya down. :) tool at the music bowl will be awesome, certainly better than playing rod laver or heaven forbid...telstra dome.

    so where are they playing in sydney? i haven't bothered to check....although i guess that could be a good excuse for a trip to sydney. although seeing 3 concerts in the space of two months, perhaps i should keep my pennies. what cruel jokes can i play on an unsuspecting sydneysider? :p

    damn....oh you're a clever one! ;)

    seeing them at the music bowl would be so awesome, considering its a purpose built venue, rather than a multi-task venue like telstra dome which is much too large. other cities like brisbane and perhaps auckland will get dates i hear. hopefully sydney and melbourne get an extra show or two......

    i would say yes they are 100% to play BDO. the TOOL tour is being bought to us by tripleJ, channel[v] and lees and west, who bring us the BDO.

    my mates were trying to buy tickets online (and the phone service apparently) but they couldn't get tickets. i worked real late so i couldn't line up at ticketmaster. well we will be certainly doing the BDO if tool is confirmed. i just hope that because of demand another melbourne and sydney show is added.

    i didn't like the look of the ticketmaster site. plus of course, i don't possess a credit card. i woke up at some unholy hour after five hours sleep. spent two hours in line listening to the butterfly effect and then heard those most beautiful words,"floor or seating?" i am sorry for your loss. :( i was looking forward to that drink as well ASL.
    i also hope for 2nd shows in both cities. but that's just me being greedy. if they BDO then i'll be seeing them 5 times. there's no such thing as too much TOOL for me. :D
