Are black crowes good live

I am into seeing bands I havent seen this summer. PJ and Ben Harper are two bands I have tickets for.

I really want to hit up the June 18 Shoreline date.

Are the black crowes decent live?

I have all their cd's, they have a certain jam band, zeppelin, doors type feel to them I like.

    i am a die-hard pearl jam fan and i've seen them almost a dozen times. i've been to over 100 rock shows.

    that being said, the best rock show i've ever seen was in 1992 and it was the black crowes. saw them again this year and they rocked yet again. difference between the 2 shows was that i knew all of the songs in 92 and only about half of them in 05 since i haven't kept up with the BC catalog...

    i highly recommend seeing them live.

    they are so much more than decent, seen them over 65 times and they never disappoint...so soulful it is ridiculous.

    They're AMAZING live! Seen them three times so far (Boston '01, Bonnaroo '05, Denver '05) and seeing them again in Denver this Summer!

    i think i'm gonna check them out this time around b/c i really want to see Robert Randolph and the Family Band and Drive-by-Truckers. but i will definitely stay for the main act. i would've been able to see all these bands already this year at the Langerado festival, except i tore nearly all the cartilidge out of my knee the first day of the festival. d'oh!
