Yea, and that is the problem with them. Other then their fans I like their music.

Hit the nail lon the head there. Good 'summer time' music, shitty following. I believe they actually got their start playing Ohio State frat houses. I went to one of their shows a couple years ago. The crowd absolutely sucked until they played that was a crazy game of poker...then they went nuts. I guess you'll get that w/ any band though.

they did, i used to see them for about $5 or free all the time back in the day. actually i liked them a lot better back then. i don't like the new versions of their old songs. kinda can't stand them anymore.
  • I never got into them. A friend of mine tried to get me into them and said in a review the author said, "Pearl Jam meets Bob Marley"

I have audio of them covering two PJ songs too"

Black- at the end of black he says, "that was for joe vedder right there" who is joe vedder? I think he says joe at least

I don't mind the musicianship of the band, but the fans are fucking terrible. They put on good live shows but it's all killed by their fans.

their music is pretty good, although the lyrics are pretty lame. I agree about their fans being douches, too
  • Personally, I don't like them. I had the opportunity to see them free when I attended college last spring but I passed and gave my free ticket to a friend. I figured my time was better invested in something I actually enjoyed instead of stomaching a concert by them.

they're great background / chill music...I saw them in Athens, OH about 8 or 9 years ago and they were pretty good...nothing flashy or anything.

I've been completely unimpressed by anything I've heard them do. Bland.

Very, very bland music but they do good covers. Given their audience maybe they should be a cover band.
