Music as life

Anyone here listen to music? I mean really listen?
It is my savior. Literally. Many times I feel like the stresses of life, school, death, war and all that crap get me feeling bloated. Really stressed out.
All I have to do is turn on an Uncle Neil record, or Pearl Jam or Dylan or anyone else, and its all better.
When Ed says "its ok" I really believe it.
Many times I will be listening to a record in the dark, eyes closed, in awe. Many times I feel an out of body experience, where I lift off the bed and am staring at myself.
It is life affirming.
The news of war and death and trying to find myself in a world of meaninglessness and commericialism is tough. But when I get down, I just need to hear Jimi's guitar ramblings, or Dylans poetry or Sonic Youth's feedback and all it goes away...
Music, is a godsend
Music saved me.
To me its as important as breathing, and blood. I need it, daily, minute by minute, and every second. I NEED MUSIC!
