Dave Matthews polluter?

I got in an argument with someone who said Dave dumped waste on some people in a boat. We all have heard this story, but I dont think Dave had anything to do with it:

1. None of the band members were on the bus at the time

2. Anyone, I mean anyone, even people who arent touring musicians know that people dont go to the bathroom on a tour bus. Its common knowledge.

I don't think he purposely dumped anything.

As for question number 2. If you have to go to the bathroom and there's one on the bus, that's where you go. Why piss in a cup if you have a toilet?

The only thing he's polluting is our ears with his music.
