Beyond their Virgin festival in early september anyone know if they plan on touring the u.s. again, maybe playing dates in seattle or portland?

As of now the only US dates are the residency dates in Asheville and San Fran. I have to assume though after the album comes out they will play more US dates this fall or a massive tour next spring.

I have it on GOOD authority that they are headlining Endfest 16 this September, most likely at the Gorge.

And of course they are playing 11 shows in SF the last half of July!

i think pumpkins objective is to expend there fan base and that is
the reason they are playing mostly festivals, cause
in the last 7 years to be honest i never saw a single video or mention of them on tv ...
if they dont sell over 500.000 it will be over
zeitgeist cd has got protection so you cant simply boot it
...

if the album flops ...
he worked on it for 2 years...

we will see...
i think 500.000 is a reachable amount for the new cd

I'm not sure, but i am fairly positive it went gold (500,000) and i think it may have reached 750,000 in the US

I expect the new pumpkins to do better. They always marketed themselves very well when they were around. Doing MTV etc

Pumpkins are hitting endfest in seattle mid-late september.

They will be doing a real american tour in the fall-winter

They are also playing the inland invasion in California as well.
