I would use my guitar to check it out, but I am at work and don't have my guitar at the moment...thanks for any input.

i just tried it and it sounds the same... so go for it!

the way i play it i never need that chord tho...

hmm... i dunno... i guess i just stay on the chord before it... maybe mix it up a little bit... i dont think the hard chord is necessary... ill try it out tho when im by my guitar again...
