A little self-promotion for a new site I created. No Pearl Jam, but may be of interest to those who like a dash of metal with their Pearl Jam.
BOSTON -- Heavy Metal Comedy, a online satirical news site focusing on the hard rock/heavy metal music scene, went live on January 9.

Heavy Metal Comedy is run exclusively by Boston-based comedian Doug Chagnon and will update weekly. The site contains short stories and headlines, an editorial page, and a media section highlighting outside content handpicked by Heavy Metal Comedy. Past issues will also be archived.
ABOUT DOUG CHAGNON
Doug Chagnon is a comedian based in Boston, MA and has performed at clubs throughout New England as well as New York and Montreal. A regular at the Comedy Studio in Cambridge where he is a past Comic-in-Residence, Doug was also selected for the 2006 and 2007 Boston Comedy Festival. He also a contributor to DailyComedy.com.
