I just bought the new Cat Power CD. I listened to the preview on iTunes today and liked it so much I went out tonight to get it. Chan Marshall has a beautiful voice; almost sounds a little like Beth Orton which, to me, is a good thing. I highly recommend checking her out...

    Love & Communication is one of the best songs I've heard this year. Really good record.

    Listening to Runt 6 at the moment.. How does the rest of the tracks compare to this one?

    She does have a cool voice

    She is a crazy, crazy, crazy woman. She cancels most of her tours, or just gets on stage and then runs off crying. Brilliant musician, but she has "people problems."
