i remember reading that they were holding off touring till next year cause they wanted fans to "sit on this new record for awhile." I think Cornell wants to get on with his solo album.

i think they're not turing due to the combination of what has been mentioned (parenting, solo work), and also, i could only assume, some fatigue. i mean - they went from the last tour right back in the studio, which could wear you off.
ahh... where are those days, when bands would record for 1 month and tour for 10? dear mister jerry garcia, and mister ramone - any chance of resurrection?
They'll probably begin in late Spring or early Summer of '07. And they better tour, or that $25 for my amazing fan club number will have gone to waste.

Cornell has done some solo spots here and there but no Audioslave tour, proper, is even scheduled as of yet.
