I saw these guys open for the Cranberries in 1996. They put on a really good show.

Great early 90's band. Their singer is releasing a solo album on May 2nd. They sang All I Want, Walk on the Ocean. Bit Adult Contemporary, kind of like Matchbox Twenty. But better, waaaay better.

Toad went out on tour with the HORDE Festival in 1997. They played on the same stage just before Neil Young and Crazy Horse. THat was an amazing way to spend a day!

Toad broke up in 1998, but reunited for a month's worth of dates in 2003. There has been some talk of another reunion, but I've just seen Glen Phillips on solo tour twice in the past 8 months. He seems very satisfied doing the singer-songwriter thing these days.

I don't think they should get back together, even though I would certainly try to take in a performance. Their best days as a band are way behind them.

great band. saw them on the 2003 tour. i'm SO GLAD that i got to see these guys. they put on a great live show. if they come near me i will definitely see them again. i miss them putting out new cd's. i actually am listening to them in my car right now. P.S. I Love You is a great mixture of their songs.
I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.

seeing them tomorrow at the Colonial Theater in Phoenixville, PA.  I volunteer there and asked if they had any spots open and they said yes, so i'll be an usher there (just directing people to their seat and all).  Usually when i volunteer there it's for movies and tearing the tix off so this is a little different cause it's a concert and assigned seating.  Otherwise tix were like $60.  So that ought to be kinda cool.  Only know a handful of songs but this is probably my favorite.

They are so good live. Seen them a couple times. At Rams Head in Annapolis my waitress was also waiting on them backstage. Said Glen had been ordering pints of straight Vodka on the rocks.

Didn't know they put out an album a few years ago. I'm kinda digging this song.
