as for the fake tan, i did notice he is very dark in pics with fans (compared to them) yet he looked normal on stage. the darkness looks natural in pics, in my opinion and i would love to know what brand he uses. he's not orange.

People are constantly saying he looks like he's got fake tan on - some people tan really easily, and since he's just spent the last few months in LA it's most probably real.
Sheesh you guys are lucky, I'd love to see him live. I don't think he's coming down here though..it'd be great to hear him do Soundgarden songs live, in person. I guess I'll have to settle with bootlegs for now :(

It's the Irish blood. It's often that way with celtic colouring - you know, the dark hair and blue eyes thing. They look super-pale when the sun doesn't shine and as soon as it does, they go really brown. My Scots husband's the same...never burns, just goes really dark super-quick.
