I picked up 'Z', and I think that is one hell of a record. I usually find myself putting it on and listening to it straight through.

So, what's next?
Are you too good to tango with the poor poor boys?

Cool man, I didn't know they were on the archive. I get Local H shows from there. Although my connection is shit, my friends have good connections.

    Thanks.

No problem. Just passin it on. I have a handful of their most downloaded shows from there.

There are a few other bands worth looking into on there. Especially if you like jam bands. While not my cup of tea, Drive-by Truckers have some good stuff.

i was so stoked that they got added to lollapalooza. an hour still isnt long enough for my thinking, but at least i should be able to get up close since most people will be busy sucking jack white's cock while the raconteurs play on the other stage.
  • Yup, It Still Moves - it's tons better than Z (IMHO)................
  • there's a decent vid on their site of them doing one big holiday on conan
plus a bunch of other vids too.

I concur with a number of others. go for It Still Moves. I also think it's better than Z, though I enjoy that record too. I don't have their previous two records yet, but I like what little I've heard from both At Dawn and Tennessee Fire,so those would seem to be good bets too.

I think Z is their best album but after that definitely go for It Still Moves... it is a bit different...probably cuz in between ISM and Z they changed their guitarist and keyboardist....personally I can't wait for the follow up to Z.
I've faced it, a life wasted, and I'm never going back again.

  • While I love every album they have put out I would say "At Dawn" is my personal favorite. You can't go wrong with downloading this past years bonnaroo set um I think amazing is the word.

Allthough a bit irregular, The Tennessee Fire has some divine songs in it.

these guys need to get an official live release out there...Seeing them open for Pearl Jam really blew me away, they are incredible live and the only album that even comes close to capturing this is Z.....i think it has a lot to do with the fact that in between ISM and Z they had a lineup change
