I work at a radio station and we got his new album (comes out next week) in this week, and I must say it's good.
Tracks 1-5 are really good and one of the best 1-5's I've heard in awhile.
Like I usually do when I discuss new albums (Snow Patrol, Muse, A&A, etc.) I like to give some samples.

Let me know what you think!!!

Brave to try to gamble at times
I got the album on Wednesday and loved tracks 1-5 and skipped the rest - now I love the whole album.

i've listened to "for us" a million times the last two weeks and the rest of the songs are growing on me as well...
musicforthemorningafter is still one of my favourite albums ever and all his other stuff is quality, too...
Some days you wake up and sit on a park bench next to an eighty year old Russian architect, and some days you don't. I think this is my new life philosophy.

So far, I'm liking The Man best out of the 4. I'll listen again later.--don't have enough time now.

The Man sounds SO BEAUTIFUL it makes me want to shed every tear i have in me. Pete Yorn is a gift to music and i'm happy to support a musician like him. can't wait until he comes back my way.
love track 5.
kinda preferred the fast version of "bandstand...".
love the way he plays so
much of the records himself and i'm a fan of the general production of the albums.
yeah, that's a great version. he slowed it down during his recent show and it really hit me...before he started playing it he talked about dedicating it to jeff buckley and elliott smith. one of those live moments U don't forget.
im so bummed i missed him in chicago the other week... that woulda been fantastic!
i might have to check out his new album when i go buy the black crowes tomorrow...
