Pilot Speed (formerly Pilate) - tell me about them

Got a couple students of mine who said we should play them (I am a teacher who runs a high school radio station).

Checked them out through MySpace...not bad.

How come I have never heard of them before?

    Huge fan of the song Barely Listening - other than that, I don't know much...

    They sound quite a bit like Black Lab to me... or seem to have that same vibe...

    Pilot Speed is Pilate....they were forced to change their name due to legal issues.

    I don't know much about them, but the song Into Your Hideout gives me chills....


    I keep meaning to pick up that album to check out the rest of the songs.
