I run a radio station (actually, I am a teacher and we have a radio station in the high school), and this is the latest poll I posted.

    ive not heard any of them. i would vote silverchair or editors, but neither is on there.

    the list is pretty terrible and not what I'd call alternative by any stretch of the imagination. sorry :)

    I'd say the actual best is Excellent Italian Greyhound by Shellac. always the band I turn to when I feel like modern music isn't offering me what I want.
