Help identifying a song

Can you help my wife from becoming mad please. There was a video on MTV2 just now but of course they didn't name the band or song.

It looked like it was from the early 90's,the band were naked apart from parental advisory signs over their groins and their mouths were taped. At the end they foam from the mouth. It is in black and white and slowed down.

Help please :)

    tool it is. the song is from their opiate e.p. which they released the year before undertow.
