The Pretenders

I'm curious about this band, as I have never really listened to them outside of stuff I've heard on the radio. For those familiar with their music/albums, where would you recommend I start? The first album seems logical, right?

    The first album is a masterpiece, as is Pretenders II. Extended Play is a great ep as well.

    i have read the new cd is TOPS...though after checking with 3 stores yesterday i was 0 for 3 in finding it...it was released yesterday, or so i read.

    so um get the new cd("break up the concrete") or "greatest hits" (or "the singles") or "loose in la" dvd or even "loose screw" their last studio cd was good+
