My god, this is a fuckin disgrace. I gotta say I'm a little disapointed in Live, they are one of my all time favorite bands, but they are touring with the worst mainstream band to come out in 5 years, do you think they are trying to appeal to the MTV generation again....anyone who has seen Live live now that they will blow Nickelback away, opinions please....this can't be true!!!! (Bangs his head against the wall) NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

    that does suck... but aside from that, does Live have a new album coming out soon or something? or are they just touring to tour?

    sadly i think live is boring live. but for them to open for nickleback isnt a surprise. seems live is trying anything to be popular except write good music. i wish them the best of luck but i wont be seeing them on this tour.

    Live is an incredible band and should not be playing with Nickelback! They have a new single/CD coming out soon so maybe after that hits they will do their own tour and headline it! The new song is good so hopefully that will bring them back up again, but I've always loved them no matter what they release! I've seen them a ton of times, but they did a tour with the Counting Crows back in 1999 or 2000 and they switched headlining spots from city to city so I wonder if that's what will happen with Nickelback!

    I highly doubt it, they are playing in Canada, Nickelshit's home, wow, Live and Counting Crowes must have been a great show, I only saw Live once, after Secret Sahmati came out, and they were fuckin great, I love everything they have put out except that terrible song about, "not needing anyone to tell me about heaven", that song was terrible...I mean for them it was. Were can I here the new song?

    Live is one of my favs, but I hate to break this to you...nickleback puts on an amazing live venue. There are few bands that would "blow them out of the water" They play with an amazing amount of energy. I have seen them before they were known, and since....they play as good or better of a show now as they did when they were playing in bars....and that says alot
    The only thing I enjoy is having no feelings....being numb rocks!

    And I won't make the same mistakes

    He's right, Nickelback does put on a good live show, full of energy.

    I know how much people on here hate them but they actually do, hate em or not.

    I'll be going to this show with my little brother again this year because he loves them and when i heard Live was opening, i was pumped!!

    if this is true...it's a mother fucking disgrace. nickelback forunately isn't even in the same league as Live. Live must be desperate or something...they have been out of the scene for a couple years...what, an album 2-3 years ago...before the greatest hits?

    I have heard there early stuff, its not bad, but the past 2 albums the songs I've heard off them on radio have been terrible, the song guys beating women is terrible, and I heard a song about him fucking some chick in the backseat of a car, when music doesn't challenge me, or they are lyrics a 10 year old could write, I'm not digging it!

    I agree Gossman, don't worry, I know alot of their stuff isn't written well, i'm just saying they put on a high energy show :)
