It's just like this band, to pick you up when you're feeling bad.

    Fenway!!!!!!:D

Nah, don't think that's happening. The Bon Jovi rumor is far too strong, unfortunately.

However any date within a 5-6 hour drive would be great :) Vineland Festival perhaps!

Whatever the announcement it, it's sure not to live up the hype we're already creating here.

My guess is the Bonnaroo confirmation coming by the end of next month.

I'm sure you're right about Bonnaroo but one date in the South isn't going to compensate for the total disregard in '06-'07. That can't be the big announcement can it???? I'm all for them playing the South but it surely can't be that one sole date...

I certainly hope you're right because I live in Florida and I'd like the chance to see them play multiple shows if/when they tour.

However, Lollapalooza and PJ/10C took that "only scheduled North American show this year" pitch and ran a long, long way with it. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Bonnaroo and PJ/10C do the exact same thing this year.

  • just got the email myself...and the bonnaroo lineup will be out either later this month or early february...last year it was valentine's day, though that was most likely due to the late booking of the police, usually towards the end of january in previous years

    it's getting a bit annoying
I just don't trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn't die.
  • I know that I've been bitching about the fact that when P DID play the V.W.A. out here in Kc I ws in Cali at me bro's wedding, and I have not had enough money over the last twelve years after paying all Mom's doctor visits and meds and diabetic supplies, so I have missed these awesome dudes for TWELVE YEARS IN A ROW. sorry, if yu could actually see me typing this, I'm pretty much throwing a tantrum over that fact.. lol anyhow no more, it will be a good year, I am free, single and I inherited a house, a new PJ album and seeing them live would just make my year, but maybe tehy could wait til oh say the end of the year to play KC, so that hopefully VWA will be open again soon.. I hate seeing it so desolate.. so sad sucha great outdoor venue!,

I could totally see a Vote for Change tour, making a massive stretch through the red/southern states and some major blue state venues (please oh please give me alpine for a day)

i'd also love to see them play in wrigley, but they'd destroy the stadium.

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
