I got my tickets this morning. I am so excited about this show. I did not get to see them on their fare well tour, so this is like a dream come true. March 11th is going to be great. They are the band playing the ST. Patty's day parade this year. I am also posting this, to let other Dallas/ Texas or other surrounding areas know about this show. if anyone else is interested, info is at the following site http://www.frontgatetickets.com

I missed the farewell tour too. I was just listening to Rubberneck today and kicking myself for not going to that... but this version of Where is my Mind sounds quite interesting, I have never heard that, but I bet its damn cool.
The Man has a branch office in each of our brains, his corporate emblem is a white albatross, each local rep has a cover known as the Ego, and their mission in this world is Bad Shit.

  • whats the story with calling st. Patrick's day st. Patty's????

i've never heard that. patrick abbreviated in Ireland is Paddy and we call it
    St. Paddy's day

this St. Patty's thing is the weirdest, kinda funny thing to see or hear.

    Weird, weird weird

  • I saw Toadies and Bush together in Feb 1995 at a small club in Boston, called the Paradise for something like $8. Introduced myself to the singer and the bass player. Like as if they would remember me now! However, The Toadies blew me away! I found it kinda funny that Bush got so big when The Toadies by far were the better act. I was actually at the second Paradise show that they released later on. So the band must had known that place really took their sound well. If you get a chance to see them, do it. Especailly if it's a one night only gig. Enjoy! Happy St. Paddy's Day!
