Hey all,

My mind went blank, and I was wondering who originally wrote this? Rhapsody pulls up a live version by the Byrds, but for some reason I think this is another cover, so I thought I'd check.

    I think Roger McGuinn of the Byrds was inspired to write this song after seeing "A Hard Day's Night."

    I think it was Roger McGuinn who wrote the song.
