yep August 19th is the scheduled release date.
They are also touring this summer and there will more than likely be a bunch of shows after the album release I would think.

For first hand toadies news you can join their message board here, it's a street team too, but you can participate in that if you want to, or if not that's cool too. I love toadies just as much as pj (My two fave bands, and I am beyond stoked that they are releasing a new album as well.
