WHOYOUARE72.....chill and dont worry what the pjtradequeen says....i remember about 5 years ago when i was getting into trading bootlegs.....the trade queen said he would hook me up with a boot....so i sent him a disc and 1 extra disc with a note asking him if he had any extra shows that i might need to check out....since he is the king....1 extra disc...1 extra show....and he send me back a poopy version of the show we had discussed....and sent the extra disc back still blank with a note saying..."it was pretentious for me to send a extra disc, so this is all you get!!!'.....what a joke....so dont worry about him....TRADE AWAY
sarcasm is one thing but thats just cold IMO... provided you sent a self addresses envelope it wouldnt cost him anything more than a few minutes of his time to have given you another show... i dont wanna get involved tho... just seems out of character based on what ive seen from the regulars around here... i agree with what people have said tho about having what you you are trading before you offer to trade it... its just common sense... nothing to argue about

I don't understand what is the big deal. It is not like I put it on Ebay or something...or that I'm asking for anything unreasonable here!
If I want a copy of an LP I don't have, and think my only chance is to pay some ungodly amount on Ebay, why wouldn't I try to trade for it, album for album, when I see a possibility?

Actually what you are doing is just like going through ebay...You are just cutting out the middle man.
Instead of doing:
Sell ITW on Ebay --> Get cash
Use Cash to buy other Vinyl from Ebay
you just:
Trade ITW for Vinyl
Instead of getting cash for ITW you just trade it straight up. I don't see the difference
