I don't really know the details, but I saw a flier that said he is performing in Denver on like the 16th. It didn't say anything about designer jeans this time, I think this is for the boot company Timberland...
Oh well, chris cornell is chris cornell, i'll be there!

aw thats a shame, i'll performing an autopsy on seagull that day.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

as much as I hate dead animals, blood, and even the thought of an autopsy, I think that should be more entertaining....
    how much are tickets?

its free if you have on good jeans... although i might cancel it if someone wants me to do a more lucrative autopsy on say a griffin or something.

Dude, it's a Cornell and Timbaland concert. And they are only playing the new songs

Seriously, what kind of obnoxious douche names himself after a shoe?

The Denver concert is selling so poorly that they have added a buy 3 get 1 free tab on ticketmaster.

I hope CC isn't still dishing out the same Soundgarden songs from last year and the year before that.

Adding that info about not playing ANYTHING besides his new album will really help him sell...
I'm hoping to score a $10 ticket or hopefully security will walk over to sanchos and beg people to come in so it isn't an empty show...
    this is so lame.

Reading his blog from a few days ago, he was taking requests, and he says he will be doing some songs that he hasn't performed in years.

I'd like to see if he could still manage Birth Ritual.

Preferably sans synthesisers and Timbaland's trademark "ey" backing vocals.

That would be pretty epic if he still could.

That doesn't even qualify for an "almost".

    That was a good read.

Perhaps he's dreaming of Layne because Layne's a little tweaked with him....

Man, that was pretty heavy reading, and an incredibly personal thing for him to share. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - even though all this Timbaland stuff has really put me off Cornell, I do still think that he comes across as a really decent person.

Hell yeah, that would be AMAZING!

That was indeed a very beautiful read. It really does make Chris come across as a nice guy and it's good to see that he hasn't abandoned his roots. It still doesn't explain his recent career moves but it was very reassuring nonetheless.
