Metallica's new CD...

despite my jaded preconception of what their new stuff might sound like...it has not left my car stereo..

godman it rocks..!

Best thing to come out of the Hard Rock genre since PJ's Avocado...

finally some straight forward hard rock and roll!

I especially love:
"Cyanide"
"Judas Kiss"

  • I wont listen to them anymore after the whole napster thing and their whiny little documentary. I will assume the album is crap anyways since I heard a bit of the single and didnt like it.

    Cyanide is awful.

    Buffoon-rock.

If it's gay to not like the new Metallica album, send in the boys :)

It's a decent album.. kind of a weak attempt at their old shit.. but still better than their other new stuff lately.

The album gives me ear fatigue though... who got the final blame on that? The mixing engineers or the mastering engineer?
Whoa, chill bro... you know you can't raise your voice like that when the lion's here.

Its a great, great album. Not metallica copying their old albums like some people believe but a mixture of both old and their post black album stuff.

  • still on my first listen, but really good so far.

how can you compare this to the recent pj album though? the new pj album doesnt even come close to rocking as hard as this. honestly that fruit album is pretty weak, for hard rock.
