What is this song?

I heard this song and I can't remember the name of the band or the song.

I am fairly sure its from the late 60's

It starts off with " I know that in your eyes I've been a fool".

"I've been doing so well"
chorus goes " thats in your eyes in your eyes".

Anyone know?

    No thats not it. Its from the late 60's.
