Thank you - that is a picture I took of him back in 2003. I had it blown up. He loved it and thanked me for taking an awesome picture :D

Jesus Christ Pose...fucking owns. It sounded so good, and he still screams. The best part for me, was at the beginning of the song, he put his arms out as if he were on a cross and just started shaking and yeah, it was pretty badass.

    Almost....almost :p
  • Way to go, Matt.
And i'm glad you had fun.
And also that you recorded for the rest of these poor souls who for some reason did not attend!

I would like to add to the fun.

I have very good close up video of all of Hungerstrike (minus about 10 seconds in the begining),
    All Night Thing, and
    Seasons.

I have a very shakey video of
Jesus Christ Posse (filming from 3rd row with a moshpit on your back is HARD!)
and blury video of Sunshower (possibly useable as an audio source) and then
    partial videos of both
Your Soul Today (Which FUCKING ROCKS!)
    Billie Jean
and another song segment or two ...

Security threatened to kick me out a few times for filming, which is why i shut the camera down mid performance.

From Sunday in Philly i have great video of
    Say Hello To Heaven
    Burden In My Hand
    Outshined
    Rusty Cage
    Seasons
    and another song or two

I was further back but the camera work is more steady.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get these up quickly,
    i'd take the advice.

Thinking about soliciting help over at Youkanland too.
    :)

    Matt,
Yeah ... i dunno ... one of them is two songs in a row which is like 9 minutes ...

The SMALLEST video (which is probably just a minute of a song) is 50mb, the full songs are all 200+ MB ... one of them is like 500 ! ! !

    ???

I DON'T want to compress them ... because the quality is actually pretty damn good and i'd like to keep it that way!
    :)

I'm probably going to zip them up and send them to someone to release via Torrent ... ???

Go for it! There is especially far too little video of the Philly show out there for you NOT to do it. It would be a public service!

    This is what i have.
I will upload these as a ZIP to someone (to maybe equalize and "mix") and then distribute.

Like i said the video from Philly is from a bit farther away, but i was using Zoom Level 4 (NOT digital but actual lens zoom) there, and usually only needed between 2 & 3 for Ramshead so it's not like it's footage from the rafters. And actually the sound quality from Philly is a good bit better due to my position relative to speakers ... it sounds blown out in the Rams Head vids.

I WILL POST UP THE SEGMENT OF YOUR SOUL TODAY, as SOON AS IT UPLOADS TO RAPIDSHARE!

    VIDEO I GOTZ:
    Rams Head in B-More

    Hunger Strike (3:39)
J.C. Posse [VERY SHAKEY & LOTS of footage of the lights\rafters. Sorry! MOSH PIT SAY WHAT? I like to RAWK OUT TOO YOU KNOW ! ! !] (5:11)
    Seasons (6:12)
Sunshower [blurry, camera at waist] (6:38)
    Your Soul Today [incomplete] (1:25)
    Spoonman [incomplete] (00:41)

    TLA in Philly
    Burden In My Hand (5:06)
    Fell On Black Days (4:40)
    Outshined (5:06)
    Save Yourself (2:00)
    Say Hello To Heaven (6:18)
    Seasons (6:10)
What You Are \ Rusty Cage (9:28)
    All Night Thing (5:00)
Black Hole Sun [outro only] (1:25)

    EDIT:
You guys will HAVE to wait until either FRIDAY NIGHT or LATE LATE TONIGHT (if i am feeling drunk AND frisky, as opposed to just drunk)
I can NOT get Rapidshare to complete an upload from work ... it just dies halfway through ...
and YES the video was less than 100mb.
    :(

If i get home from our "team outting" tonight and feel good enough, i will post some shit.
    Otherwise, just deal.
    :(

but i think this guy is a tad over rated as far as live performance. i have always been a fan, and i like all of his projects, but there is just something about his live singing? seems to have little empotion up there? great music, lacks the emotion i enjoy in a live performance. i dont need going crazy and all that, i just need emtion or passion in the voice. that seems to be lacking, sounds flat.

    flame on :D

I agree with you a little; I'm only a casual fan so anyone can flame me and I don't care. He doesn't waste alot of time up there I noticed. I was trying to make a set list and I counted 16 songs within an hour! And if he was talking to the audience, I could not hear him, I was wearing earplugs and the constant conversations in the audience were louder!

I just love the way he screams though!
