this is a new find for me... i fuckin love it. i love the sound they had back then.

apparently, it's from the Hands All Over single... I'm a big Soundgarden fan, but I admit I haven't really sought out their b-sides/outtakes. I found this by accident, while watching John Lennon videos.

hmmm, not bad, not great either. I'm not really sure what to make of that to be honest.

I really like their version of Come Together. The handful of covers that they did were pretty fierce. Jimi Hendrix's "Can You See Me", Sabbath's "Into The Void" and who doesn't like Devo's "Girl You Want"?

Cover songs are tricky and if you've no guts then copy it note for note. If you're better than that and going to cover a song, take it and make it your own or don't do it at all.

There was a compliation called Chris Cornell Lost and Found that had a lot of those covers on there and a few other re mixed Soundgarden and CC songs. I'm pretty sure I have it if you guys want and I can upload it. I'd have to look for it first so let me know if you want it. I can try and find it this weekend.

Soundgarden is easily my second favorite band but this is nothing special. Its too different than the original. Plus, this wasn't a good song for them to cover even to begin with.
