Help with Screaming Trees rarities

Hey all, I'm a big Screaming Trees fan and recently stumbled on to their songs from an unreleased 1998 album. The songs can be downloaded as mp3s (right click and 'save as').

I did more searching and found some serious rarities for download at this site: http://guerrainletto.blogspot.com/2008/03/screaming-trees_23.html

The songs are available for download (clicking on 'Parte I' and 'Parte II'). The only problem I have is the downloadable songs are only available as a RAR file. Could anyone help me figure out how to open the file in itunes?

    download WinRar, http://www.rarlab.com/. Open the .rar file with WinRar and you will be able to extract the MP3 files. A .rar file is basically a .zip file with better compression (so in turn, smaller file sizes)
