Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone has an extra Uncle Neil GA ticket or 2 for either of next weeks Toronto shows?
I'd like to go to one of them as a fan, but I won't spend more than face value. I have a friend that would like to go with me if I can get her a ticket, but if I can only get one for me...thats ok too.

Anyone??

I am going to Friday's show with a friend I work who's based in Toronto. We're in the seats. Pretty high prices but I don't care. A trip to Toronto on short notice...and for Neil Young -- someone I haven't seen live since '89 (not counting PJ's '04 VFC show in Toledo), I am stoked.

What's face for GA? Good luck in scoring the tickets!

Ohh sweet!1 yes he is well worth it, but I'm moving in 4 weeks so I can't spend that much. Face for GA's is $78 plus TM fees.

Good luck scoring tickets ACC! :)

Will be seeing the Godfather of Grunge at the Halifax show this Saturday.
Wished though it was DCFC opening for him.
    Wilco will have to do.

  • ga floor is better anyway. i've been to 2 shows so far and gotten within 15-20 feet of THE MAN both times. seeing him again in chicago in a couple of weeks!

check craigslist often, and also check ticketmaster as some tickets become available leading up to the show. good luck!!

I did last night and everyone wants double face value for a GA.
I'm keeping an eye on TM too.

Oh yeah, if you can't make the Thursday Neil Young show, I got an extra Montreal Canadiens vs New York Rangers NHL ticket at the Bell Centre, in Montreal if you're interested! :)

Definitely due to the prices in the 100s. Upwards of $200 wasn't it? Even for Uncle Neil, that's madness!

Myself being a poor university student who's already spent an obscene amount of money this summer on concerts could only afford the 300 level seats in Ottawa this year, but after writing 5 rather lengthy essays and before exams begin, it will be a welcome treat. Best timing ever! :)

Thats very sweet of you but between train and hotel...WAY too expensive, especially with my move right around the corner.
    Have fun!

  • A few days ago a couple pairs of GA floors went for $180. After service charges and tax a $75 ticket is just over $90 from TM. So with the exchange $180 is little over face for a pair. There were also lower and upper level seats below cost as poeple with extras are getting desperate to unload.

Oh wow!! Sometimes auctions read like its $180 for the pair when its really $180 per ticket. I hope for the sake of the buyers that it was for the pair.
