Smashing Pumpkins Set on Edge 102.1 this weekend

I just read this on the Chris Cornell board.
One of the posters there was at the edge earlier and they told him they would probably have the Pumpkins set from this weekends Virgin Festival LIVE on the air!!!!!

They DO have live streaming at http://www.edge.ca for the out of towners.

Just thought I'd pass that along.

    very cool. assuming they go on stage at 8 or 9 pm ( Canada Time), then I guess in Texas, we start streaming at 10pm or 11pm. Is this correct?

    the pumpkins are scheduled to hit the stage at 9:10ET, which i believe is 1 hour ahead of texas. So i believe they will be on at 8:10 texas time.

    No.

    If it starts here at 8 it would start at 7 for you. You're 1 hour behind.

    Can someone tape the set. I am going to see the premier of Into the Wild at the Toronto Film Festival tonight so I won't be home to listen.

    also, Much Loud has been covering the concert all day, and pretty much showing every band's set so far, so, I HOPE that they give the Pumpkins set that much attention tonight. The channel has 8:30 - 11:50 blocked off for coverage of the festival

    what time does the pumpkins set air? I just turned it on and they just played Meet Puppets "Backwater." It is 8:23 pm here so does the show start at 10pm there and 9 pm here? Thanks, all help is appreciated.

    they went on stage around 9:15 here, EST. I don't know if the edge station is working or not, fortunatly, a video channel is broadcasting the whole set live up here as well. I am pretty happy with this. They sound very good.
