Rise/Stand Up for Cancer

Prior to tonight's White Sox game, there was a taping for an event in early September called 'Stand up for Cancer'. The lead in song played at the Cell prior to Lance Armstrong and Elizabeth Edwards speaking was Rise. Wonder if that part will air on TV or if the one hour event that night will have Rise in it.

I could be wrong, but I thought that there was a thread or two on here about a commercial on TV that had Rise playing during it for this very cause. It sounds very familiar

i've seen that commercial on tv before. i freaked my family out when i heard the first few notes of the song on tv and, knowing about the commercial before via this board, i immediately jumped up and down in excitement

I'm going to a DMB Benefit concert for Fan Club members only called "Stand Up to Lung Cancer" at MSG on September 10, 2008. It's their last nite of the summer tour, but not included on the t-shirts cuz it's its own event and tix were not sold to the general public.
