    Picking up the new album today. Looking forward to it.

    Anyone see his performance at Austin City Limits? He had a pretty intense nose bleed during his set and kept playing. Blood was all over his guitar, keyboard, and mic. He even tried putting a tampon up his nose to make it a little less messy.

    Talk about rock and roll.

    that's funny. he really looks like the kid that got nosebleeds all the time in school :D

    Yeah the new record is really great. Less Rocky and more folky than his previous efforts.

    I remember when he was radish and he supported Faith No More, he got out of the tour van and i called him a knob for some reason.

    Listening right now. I already like it a lot more than his last record.

    Yup, I was there. Definitely earned some respect by continuing as long as he did.

    ben kweller rocks. i saw him solo when he opened for ben folds 2 years ago, and they both were amazing. the new album is pretty good, definitely better than on my way...but sha sha is one of my favorite albums ever.

    p.s. ben lee was the other ben in "the bens"

    He makes really good, catchy songs. I seem to enjoy his new album more everytime I listen to it(and this is 5 months after it came out). I've been meaning to pick up Sha Sha(or whatever it is called) at some point.

    The other Ben in "The Bens" was Ben Lee, who seems to be universally considered the least talented of the 3.

    I'm seeing Kweller open up for Gomez on March 10th, but I first saw him open up for Incubus back in 04... he fucking rocked it; came out, just him, playing Sha Sha on the piano, then the rest of the band followed.
    If I could, think I would give in.

    i saw him touring for "sha sha" a few years ago and my morning jacket opened. it was a fucking great show. but i digress...

    i LOVE bk. the self titled album is so much better than on my way. i'm not sure how i like it compared to sha sha, but that may be only because of the memories i have associated with that cd. but if you ever get a chance to check him out live, it's definitely a fun time. and usually pretty cheap too!

    i saw ben for the first time at Lollapalooza last year. he was really good. but he does look like the kid that would always have a nosebleed haha.

    I've enjoyed BK for years. Great catchy songs, pretty fun live show. Met him after the last show I saw and he was a really cool guy, very grateful and shot the shit with me for a few minutes outside his tour bus.

    I saw Ben Kweller in Charlottesville, VA this week. Rockin show!! SO much fun. Tiny venue which resembeled a high school cafeteria sans the tables and chairs.
