Anyone got any news on their new record? It seems like they're been making it for ever...

    Yeah it has been a while, hope they tour the uk again too, caught them in Portsmouth last time and they were ace!

    I really like Jimmy Eat World, alot.

    Saw them live at Roskilde Festival 2005. Great band.

    Futures came out in 2005. It hasn't been that long. There is a blurb in the new Spin magazine about them being in the studio. I'd imagine the new album will be out by next summer.
    It makes much more sense to live in the present tense.

    I almost forgotten they were in studio.
    Anyway, futures was released only 1 year ago.. or maybe 2 years yet...

    that's still one of my favorite bands.
    Bleed american is awesome and I lok forward to hearing the new album very soon.
