Wow! I hadn't realized that this band has reached people all over the world! I've only seen a couple of their shows here in Chicago (they're from downstate Peoria, I believe) and once they were still calling themselves "Little Joe Gould". They were a good show, got a concept album of theirs that's pretty ok, and a vinyl of Like the Exorcist but More Breakdancing that has some high points.
AskPearlJam: PearlJama101-guest says: Who's idea was it for Eddie to play banjo on "Soon Forget"?
Eddie: I don't know whose idea it was but it was turned down.

i tried to start a thread on this band right after the new album came out and no one bit... nice to see that there are some MBD fans on this board. Red of Tooth and Claw is as good or better than their masterpiece Who Will Survive, And What Will Be Left of Them.

Rum Brave, Ash, Fuego!, 52 Ford and Spring Break 1899 are all amazing songs i'm loving right now off that record.

Awesome, awesome band. Red of Tooth and Claw is fucking brilliant. Just saw them headline a couple weeks ago...they put on one hell of a show. Hope they catch a little heat and stick around for a while...

    Saw them last night.

Love this band, every record is an improvement on the one before it.

Go see them play, buy the records, you won't be let down.
